Yesterday, the regional training program, "Egypt's Fellowship Al -Khair" concluded its activities with performances by the participants for their graduation projects from the program as one of the 30 requirements for passing the program, out of a total number of 33 participants who participated in the program during its various stages, which lasted 27 training days during three months for the period from September to November. It is worth noting that he has been registered to participate in the program (424) workers in the development of local communities in the civil action organizations in the Arab world. (33) participants were chosen, including (20) participants from the Arab world who were chosen according to a number of pre -announced criteria and according to the results of the interviews that took place immediately after registration. The training program went through five training levels that targeted the introduction of the practitioner of local development, its societal role, its tools, methods, development strategies, and the ethics system that governs the local development practitioner, all within the framework of the philosophy of sustainable development and sustainable development goals 2030. According to the philosophy of the program, each participant submitted a graduation project, which is an analysis and evaluation of a developmental practice currently being implemented, and according to the evaluation results, he proposes to development interventions for it in light of what was learned in the regional program, Egypt's good colleague. Graduation projects were discussed through an internal committee formed by the heads of the program sectors of the Misr Al -Khair Foundation.
